Promotion Terms & Conditions (Australian Vintage Wine Giveaway)

 General

The competition is managed and promoted by AUSBIZ TV PTY LTD (ausbiz). There is one prize available each month to an Australian resident who has entered the competition via the company.ausbiz.com.au website. Together the survey and the prizes are known as the Promotion.

Participation in the Promotion is subject to these Promotion Rules. By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Promotion Rules.

Entry

a)      Participants must be Australian residents only, aged 18 years and above.

b)      Participants must complete the required fields on the entry form.

c)      Participants are only allowed one entry, and each participant can only win once.

d) ausbiz employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for this Promotion.

Promotion Dates

The Promotion will run throughout 2023 with one prize per month. The monthly draw will take place at 9am on the Wednesday morning following each episode of The Last Call.

Prize & Winner

a)    Participants must enter the competition to be eligible for this Promotion.

b)    All entries will be assigned a random number by the Google Random Number Generator and the winner will be chosen by ausbiz from the pool of people who have entered the competition.

c)    Winners will be drawn at 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo and announced the same day in the ausbiz daily newsletter (The COB).

e)    Winners will be contacted by ausbiz via the email provided in their competition entry, and will have 7 days to accept their prize.

Privacy

You agree that ausbiz may collect, use, store and disclose your personal information for the purposes of this Promotion which includes sharing your name and email with the prize supplier, Australian Vintage Wines. For further information on how ausbiz collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information, please refer to our privacy policy. If you do not agree to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information in the manner contemplated by this privacy policy or the Promotion rules, you must not enter the Promotion.

Disclaimer and Release

You enter the Promotion at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless ausbiz from all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

ausbiz reserves the right, with absolute discretion, to disqualify you, without notice, for any reason, including if we suspect or believe you have cheated or breached the Promotion rules.

Governing Law

These Promotion Rules must be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.
