Corrections and Complaints.

There may be times where AUSBIZ TV Pty Ltd does not meet your expectations. In these circumstances we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to learning from your experiences as it will help us to continually improve the service we deliver.

AUSBIZ TV Pty Ltd has a structured approach to resolving complaints. If you believe something which we have published requires a correction, please send an email to legal@ausbiz.com.au including; 

  1. your name and contact details;

  2. the title and publication date of the video or text;

  3. details of the complaint, or correction request, and your reasons.

Complaints may also be sent via post to AUSBIZ TV PTY, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo, NSW, 2000.

Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged within three (3) working days.

The complaint/correction request will be considered by the Executive Producer and/or the Head of Content. It may be escalated if required to the Managing Director. You will be notified of the outcome of this decision with ten (10) working days, provided you have responded promptly to any requests by us for further information (if required).

If we have made a factual error in our news coverage, we will edit or remove the video where the error is made. If a correction or retraction is sought, and we believe is justified, we will publish this to ausbiz.com.au. If the complainant requests a right of reply and we believe this is appropriate, we will offer this as a live or pre-recorded video interview which will be published to ausbiz.com.au.
