Promotion Terms & Conditions
General
The ausbiz Subscriber Survey is managed and promoted by AUSBIZ TV PTY LTD (ausbiz). There are two prizes available which Survey participants may elect to be eligible for. The prizes are provided by Superhero Markets Pty Ltd (Superhero) and are referred to as the Promotion.
Participation in the Promotion is subject to these Promotion Rules. By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Promotion Rules.
Entry
a) Participants must be Australian residents only, aged 18 years and above.
b) Participants must complete the ausbiz Subscriber Survey to be eligible for this Promotion.
c) Participants are only allowed one entry, and each participant can only win once.
d) Participants must provide a valid Australian mobile telephone number to be eligible for this Promotion.
e) Superhero employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for this Promotion.
f) ausbiz employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for this Promotion.
Promotion Dates
The Promotion will commence at 9am (AEST) on Wednesday, 27th January, 2021 (Commencement Date) and close at 11.59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 10th February, 2021 (Close Date).
Prize & Winner
a) Superhero is offering two prizes of a $2,000 Superhero Wallet.
b) Participants must complete the Survey to be eligible for this Promotion.
c) All entries will be assigned a random number by the Google Random Number Generator and two winners will be chosen by ausbiz from the pool of people who have completed the Survey.
d) Winners will be drawn at 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo on Thursday, 11th February 2021 and announced the same day in the ausbiz daily newsletter (The COB).
e) Winners will be contacted by ausbiz via the mobile phone number provided in their Survey entry, and must either nominate or open and nominate their Superhero account number within 48 hours to accept their prize. The prize will be deposited into the winner’s Superhero wallet within two business days from account nomination.
f) The prize is a $2000 deposit into your nominated Superhero trading account. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be withdrawn from Superhero for a minimum of 90 days.
g) The winner is responsible for all taxes which may be related to the Prize.
Privacy
You agree that ausbiz may collect, use, store and disclose your personal information for the purposes of this Promotion. For further information on how ausbiz collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information, please refer to our privacy policy. If you do not agree to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information in the manner contemplated by this privacy policy or the Promotion rules, you must not enter the Promotion.

Neither ausbiz or Superhero provide financial advice, nor does either party take into account any individual circumstances when publishing content or in running this Promotion. You enter the Promotion at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Superhero and ausbiz from all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
ausbiz reserves the right, with absolute discretion, to disqualify you, without notice, for any reason, including if we suspect or believe you have cheated or breached the Promotion rules.
Governing Law
These Promotion Rules must be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.
