GRADUATE JOURNALIST

Kick-start your media career!

We’re looking for a self-starter who can work across the business. You’ll start by assisting the editorial team with production as well as managing some admin duties. There’s plenty of room to grow; how and where depends on you.

The role:

• Work with the editorial team to maintain a constant flow of content to our platform (as well as other platforms including social). This includes basic video editing, writing and some digital creative.

• Take responsibility for some of our operational requirements, including liaising with the property management team at Barangaroo.

• Ensure commercial clients are delighted by the work they do with us, and want to come back.

• Handle support queries.

About you:

• This is a graduate position, so you’re most likely in your final year of a communications degre (or similar).

• You might not be an expert, but you have a basic understanding of business and finance, and more importantly, you like it and are keen to learn more.

• You have excellent time management and organisation skills.

• You work quickly under pressure with attention to detail (spelling and grammar are critical skills).

We’re based at Barangaroo in Sydney, although if you fit the bill and live somewhere else the role could be remote. We’re also open to part-time for the right person. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
