Kara started her career in 2008 in London as an Options Market Maker during the height of the Global Financial Crisis. In 2010 she moved to Australia to set up an ASX Options trading desk for City Index and specialised in quantitative analysis.
She then worked as the Head of Trading for Gain Capital, managing risk across multiple asset classes. In 2016 she launched her own financial markets consultancy business.
Kara is an anchor at Ausbiz and loves to chat about anything FX.
